Shawn was fantastic. An older oil furnace stopped working in Poconos area in middle of winter. We called on Sunday and he immediately called us back. He came out the following day and troubleshooted the issue, cleaned out the oil lines and filter from the tanks to the furnace, cleared the stoppage inside the furnace and replaced the components that had burnt out. He explained what he needed to do and answered all my questions. Very professional, thorough, experienced and knowledgeable. We will be using his company for further work. Highly recommend.

I owned a Tecumseh Treme Auger Snowblower since 2005, and it’s been a good running machine for 19 snow seasons. Now here it is November 2025, my machine cranks, but it won’t turn over — my first problem. I go online to find a repair shop near me, Shawn’s Property and Equipment Maintenance, now Northeast Services PA.

I call and leave a message. Within a couple hours they get back to me, make arrangements to pick up the machine, do a teardown, tell me what’s wrong, give me a quote, and get the machine back to me in 2 1/2 weeks running like new.

They drop it off and the next day it snows — that’s what I call professional service. So thank you Northeast Services PA from one satisfied customer. Keep it going good.

Great company. They worked on my plow and I will say that Sean and his team worked hard trying to pinpoint the issue. It was not an easy diagnosis and I can’t thank them enough for getting the plow fixed.

Had some pretty large trees in the yard that needed to come down. Shawn came out and dropped them with ease and at a fraction of the price of anyone else. Has an impressive boom truck set up with just about every tool imaginable to work on anything from snowblowers to semi trucks. Will not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Had both a snow blower n generator not starting. Shawn came and took both. He called with the cost to fix them, seemed ok. He fixed both and explained all he did. Service did not take long to get fixed and back to me. I would recommend.

Reasonable price
My second time using Shawn. Winch cable broke in the middle of plowing snow on a Sunday. He was there that evening to pick up my machine. Everything fixed and returned in 4 days. Good guy. Very capable.

Had an issue my 20 year old Troy Bilt snow blower, the auger wouldn't turn any more. Searched out for snow blower maintenance near me and found Shawn's company, Northeast Services PA. I called and left a message regarding my issue and Shawn called back within a minute or two. We talked about the issue and he stopped by the house the same afternoon to pick up the blower and bring it back to his shop. I'm going to go ahead and have the repairs and maintenance done by Shawn, he did thorough triage on the machine and quoted a price for the work. So far so good with my experience, I'll share more when I get the snow blower back.

Reasonable price
I have nothing but positively good things to say about the service I received from this company, do to my own neglect my six year old snowblower would not run, I called shawn because of other good reviews and he arranged a pick up of the machine from my home, addressed all the problems and delivered it back to my home. We just had 18+ inches of snow and the snowblower cleared my driveway and surrounding areas with ease, like a brand new machine. The positive reviews were right on point and I do say" MONEY WELL SPENT" Thank you Shawn for a job well done! I would like to add that the snowblower went through the mound the snowplow truck made with ease as well. I AM ONE HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Shawn was at our new house within a very short time from my help asap call. Our new to us very used farm tractor was not cooperating. Very wise and hoping once he gets it to the shop n gets her parts, we will be golden. Dang nice had a buffAT with the wires, fuel pump decided it was retiring. Carb rebuild on order. But wow service like this, right on yr property, is amazing. Customer for life !!
